Our disposal process can be carried out either on-site at your facility or at our own highly secured, 30,000- square feet facility.
On-Site: Long Island Shredding does the job at your place of business, with no paper sorting or removal of clips or binders needed. Destruction is taken care of in a timely and confidential manner, and can be done as often as needed.
Off-Site: This option offers the same level of security and confidentiality as on-site, but at a more affordable price. The items will be taken to our facility to begin the shredding process and then are baled and shipped to paper mills after destruction, where they will be recycled along with another reusable paper.
After the process is completed, Long Island Shredding & Record Destruction will send you and your business a Certificate of Destruction. This will confirm that the process is complete, the requested shredding and destruction tasks have been carried out and also recycled.
